✔ We do not store, save, or retain any personal information after your Nikah is completed.
✔ Your details are never shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party.
✔ Once the Nikah process is completed, all provided information is immediately discarded.

3. Secure & Private Process

✔ All Nikah ceremonies are conducted via WhatsApp or Skype in a private and secure manner.
✔ Your information is used only during the Nikah process and is not stored in any system.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking before the process starts, you will receive a full refund.
Once your Nikah date is confirmed or the process has begun, refunds are not available as arrangements and staff time are already reserved.
If your Nikah cannot be completed due to a technical issue or delay from our side, we will reschedule or issue a full refund.
Refunds are made to the same payment method used.
Refunds may take 3–5 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Terms & Conditions

InstantNikah.com provides Online Nikah services under Islamic guidelines.
Bride and groom must be of legal age and give free consent.
Wali and two Muslim witnesses are required for a valid Nikah.
Service begins only after payment confirmation.
Payment must be completed before Nikah for smooth coordination.
Packages include services listed on the Packages page.
Only Digital Certificate and Emergency Packages include a signed Sharia certificate (PDF).
The certificate is proof of Nikah and not government registration.
Normal bookings require 12–24 hours notice.
Emergency Nikah is arranged within 1 hour after registration.
No refund once Nikah process has started.
Clients must provide accurate details and ensure all participants are present.
All shared information is kept private and confidential.
InstantNikah.com follows Sharia procedures only; legal registration is client responsibility.
